Account Creation

• You must create an account to use the Service
• You must be over 18 years of age
• You must provide accurate and current information
• You are responsible for the security of your account information

Account Security

• Do not share your password with anyone
• Notify us immediately if you notice unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Deletion

• You can delete your account at any time
• Account deletion can be done from the "Settings" section in the app
• After account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days

Permitted Use

• Personal use for event and venue discovery
• Saving your favorite venues
• Receiving event notifications
• Sharing experiences with other users

Strict Prohibitions (Zero Tolerance)

The following actions are strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to take legal action:

1. Reverse Engineering: Deciphering, copying, dismantling, or imitating the application's source code.
2. Data Mining (Scraping): Extracting content using bots, spiders, or scrapers.
3. Security Violation: Searching for, testing, or exploiting system security vulnerabilities.
4. Manipulation: Creating fake accounts, making misleading comments.
5. License Violation: Using the brand, logo, or content for commercial purposes without permission.

Maltavents Ownership

All rights to the Service (software, design, database, codes, interfaces, brands, and content) belong exclusively to Maltavents. These rights are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Using the Service does not give you any ownership rights over these.

User License

Maltavents grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the application solely for personal and non-commercial use.

No Service Warranty

We offer the application "as is". We do not give a 100% uptime guarantee (SLA). The service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical failures.

Force Majeure

Maltavents cannot be held responsible for service disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, server provider issues, internet outages, or legal restrictions.

Platform Role

Maltavents is not an event organizer, venue owner, or tour operator. It only provides a web information and listing service.

Alcohol and Consumer Responsibility

"Happy Hour" and beverage opportunities in our application are for informational purposes only.

• Maltavents does not encourage alcohol consumption.
• It is the user's responsibility to comply with legal age limits regarding alcohol consumption.
• Maltavents cannot be held responsible for excessive alcohol consumption, intoxication, or any resulting health problems, accidents, or legal penalties.
• Please drink responsibly.

Limitation of Liability (Strict Provisions)

To the fullest extent permitted by Maltese law, Maltavents CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for:

1. Data Errors: Inaccuracies in venue opening hours, prices, or menus. (Data can change instantly, we do not guarantee).
2. Venue Defects: Service quality, food poisoning, security issues, or lost items at the venue you visit.
3. Third Party Actions: Actions of other users or venue employees.

By using the Service, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Maltavents harmless from any claims (Waiver of Liability).

Maltavents' Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following situations:

• If you violate this agreement
• If you engage in illegal activities
• If you misuse the Service
• If you harm other users

User's Rights

• You can delete your account at any time
• Account deletion creates an irreversible action

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid, the other provisions remain valid.

Waiver

Our failure to exercise any right does not mean we waive that right.

Assignment

You cannot assign this agreement to third parties without permission.
