We will also be raising voluntary donations in aid of the Richmond Foundation, as part of our mission to raise awareness on the benefits of mental well-being through movement, whilst helping those who need support the most.
We will be having various pacers on the day guiding you throughout the run. Pace Groups: 4:30, 5:00, 5:20, 5:40, 6:00, 6:30, 7:00
