OPEN FIRE CHEF: SUNSET EDITION

Open Fire Chef: Sunset Edition takes place on Saturday 8 August 2026 from 19:00 onwards at Maria Rosa Wine Estate in Attard. The event brings Malta’s live-fire food festival into a sunset setting, with chefs cooking over open flames and serving fire-crafted dishes across different chef stations. Open Fire Chef: Sunset Edition offers a culinary evening where guests can explore the estate, visit different stations and taste food prepared live over fire. Each standard Open Fire Chef ticket includes entry to the festival and four 150g fire-crafted meals from different chef stations. Each chef station can be redeemed once per ticket, giving guests the chance to try a variety of flavours throughout the evening. Drinks will be available from the bars and can be purchased separately. Family ticket options are also available, including children’s and teen tickets. Tickets start from €18.
