LOVE’S LABOUR’S LOST

Love’s Labour’s Lost will be performed at Café Riche in Birgu on Friday 7, Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 August 2026, presented by Post Mortem Productions. Directed and produced by Post Mortem Productions founders Amy Jo Camilleri, Melissa Mercieca and Greta Holland, this production brings one of Shakespeare’s sharpest comedies to an intimate Birgu setting. The story follows the King of Navarre and his friends as they swear to avoid women and dedicate themselves to study for three years. Their plan quickly falls apart when the Princess of France and her companions arrive, leading to secret romances, mistaken letters and witty comic chaos.
