CONDUCTING MASTERCLASS: THE CONCERT

Conducting Masterclass: The Concert takes place on Friday 31 July 2026 from 19:30 to 21:00 at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta. Presented by the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra, the concert gives audiences the chance to experience participants from the Conducting Masterclasses with Sergey Smbatyan as they conduct the orchestra and present what they have developed through the programme. The programme includes works by Carl Maria von Weber, Jean Sibelius, Gustav Mahler and Johannes Brahms, with violinist Alexandra Tirsu also featured.
