Imagine a world where noble men and women rub shoulders with knights and knaves. Imagine an opulent masquerade banquet and ball taking place in a grand hall from the 16th Century that’s straight out of the wildest romance and adventure novels. Now imagine yourself right there in the middle of it all, enjoying a night to be savoured forever. The Grandmaster of the Knights of Malta steps out from the chronicles of history to invite you to CARNEVALE, the lavish and legendary Grandmaster’s Ball. This immersive experience puts you at the very epicentre of an opulent baroque world, complete with vibrant characters for you to meet in a spectacular atmosphere, mouth-watering canapes, wine, a lavish four-course dinner, and a grand ball to complete this sojourn into a world of decadence and delight. Set in the magnificent Sacra Infermeria in Valletta’s historic Mediterranean Conference Centre, the latest edition of CARNEVALE promises its guests a complete carnival experience that will see them transported five centuries into the past. With GOLD as the primary theme, this year’s Grandmaster’s Ball will be abuzz with exciting rumours of a mysterious new world recently discovered on the far side of the Atlantic Ocean along with the treasures, adventure and exotic creatures it promises to those brave enough to seek them out. Prepare your outfit, procure the right mask, and book your calendar for the 7th February 2026 for the most glorious night of the year. Answer the Grandmaster’s call and we’ll see you in Valletta.
