AFM CONCERT

50 Years of Period Vehicles, Arms & Militia: AFM Concert takes place on Friday 24 July 2026 at 20:30 at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta. Presented by the Band of the Armed Forces of Malta, the concert is built around music, memory and heroism, celebrating courage, sacrifice and the enduring spirit of humanity through a wide-ranging programme of iconic compositions. The evening moves from ceremonial and orchestral works to cinematic favourites, jazz standards and popular classics. Audiences can expect music connected to remembrance and resilience, including Band of Brothers, Schindler’s List, La Vita è Bella and There You’ll Be, alongside works such as Carmina Burana, La Vie en Rose, Summertime, Take the ‘A’ Train, Volare and Bella Ciao.
